What exactly do I get?
An AI assistant trained on your website that answers customers on your webchat and by voice in the browser, collects booking requests for you, and an area report comparing your website with nearby competitors.
Do I need to change my website?
No. You paste one line of code (or we send it to whoever manages your site). That's it.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We build and set up the assistant for you. At most, you or your web person paste one line of code.
Does it work if I don't have a website?
Yes. The assistant can run on a hosted page that you link from Google, social media or email.
Is it really free to set up?
Yes. We build and configure your assistant at no cost. You pay only once it's live on your website, with a 48-hour full refund.

Will customers know it's AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant. Customers can always ask for a person, and it passes the request to you.
What if it doesn't know an answer?
It never guesses prices or promises. It tells the customer the team will confirm, collects their details and forwards the question to you. Unanswered questions appear in your monthly report so you can fill the gaps.
Which languages does it speak?
It replies in the customer's language. Our website and support are available in 12 languages.
Bookings & phone
How do booking requests work?
The assistant sends you each booking request by email with the customer's details and a confirm link. All booking requests are included in your flat monthly plan — there are no per-booking fees.
How does phone answering work?
On the Full plan we connect a local number at activation (US & Canada first, other countries on request). You forward your calls to it when you can't answer, and the AI answers, takes the details and emails them to you. 150 minutes/month are included, then $0.25/min.
Does it connect to my calendar?
It sends you each booking request by email with a confirm link, so you confirm in the calendar you already use. It does not change your calendar on its own.

How do I pay?
Setup is free. Packages are a flat monthly fee with no per-booking fees: Front Desk $39/month, Front Desk + Comeback $79/month (Founding offer: first 5 businesses get Plus at $39/month for 3 months, code FOUNDING5) or Full Package $129/month. You pay only once your AI front desk is live on your website, with a 48-hour full refund guarantee. Pay securely by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Lemon Squeezy), or choose crypto (USDT, USDC, SOL, BTC via NOWPayments) as an alternative. Local prices are shown as approximate equivalents.

Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel by email anytime. Remove the line of code and you're done.

What if I'm not happy?
You pay only once it's live, and you get a full refund if you're not happy within 48 hours. Plans are month to month, cancel by email.
