What we sell

Fronvia Front Desk, a software subscription for businesses: an AI assistant built from your website for webchat, email and browser voice, booking requests, a monthly area report and optional win-back campaigns. It is sold to business customers only.

Price

Base (Front Desk) is $39/month, Plus is $79/month and Full is $129/month. Setup is free. All plans are billed at a flat monthly fee for the chosen plan, with no per-booking fees. Founding offer: Plus at $39/month for the first 3 months, limited to the first 5 practices; the standard Plus price applies after that. You pay only once your AI front desk is live on your website. 60 browser-voice minutes per month are included; extra minutes cost $0.35 each. Prices are in USD; local amounts shown on the site are approximate equivalents. Taxes may apply.

Booking requests

The assistant sends each booking request to you by email so you can confirm or decline appointments with one click. All booking requests and win-back bookings are included in a flat monthly fee for the chosen plan — there are no per-booking fees.

No contract, cancel any time

Plans run month to month. Cancel by email at any time; nothing more is charged after cancellation. Remove the code from your website and stop email forwarding, and the service stops.

Refunds

If you are unhappy in any paid month, email us within 48 hours and we refund that payment in full, using the same payment method. You can also request a refund within 48 hours of going live for a full refund.

Go-live guarantee: if your assistant is not live on your website within 48 hours of your first card payment, email us and we refund that payment in full.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for the information and rules you give the assistant (prices, services, urgent cases) and for your own website and inbox. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

If we contacted you and prefer not to hear from us, reply “no” or email [email protected] and we will not contact you again.
